Mr. Liu qualified as a patent attorney. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from China Agricultural University.

From 2005 to 2010, he worked as an examiner for the Department of Mechanical Invention Examination of SIPO. After that, Mr. Liu worked in Beijing a Patent Office as a patent attorney from 2010 to 2014. He is skillful in drafting patent application documents in fields such as machinery, and experienced in preparing responses to office actions in the substantive examination proceedings, and handling patent reexamination and invalidation cases. During this period, he mainly provide intellectual property services for enterprises in the United States, Japan, Europe and other countries.
